Waterjet oil hydraulic system failure and troubleshooting

The troubleshooting sequence is: oil pump motor group - commutation Hall switch - reversing valve - relief valve - cylinder seals

(A) Check the oil pump motor group

Start the motor oil pump, check the oil suction pipe of the plunger pump whether oil-taking.

No oil-taking: 1, three phase power supply phase change (motor reverse); 2, oil pump motor group exception

Solution: 1, breaker any two incoming line (or outgoing line) reversed; 2, repair or replace the oil pump motor.

Oil-taking: the oil pump motor group is normal, the second step to check.

(B) Check the commutation Hall switch

Turn on the power, do not start the motor oil pump, remove the commutation Hall switches, Hall switches sequentially closer to the magnet (note polarity, respectively, with both ends of the magnet test), whether Hall switch indicator corresponds to the on/off. Meanwhile, observe the relay connected with Hall switch whether any action.

Can not corresponds to the on/off: Hall switch is damaged

Solution: replace the new hall switch

Relay no action: relay damage

Solution: replace the new relay

Can corresponds to the on/off, relay action: Hall switch no damage / relay normal, the next step check

(C) Check the reversing valve

Turn on the power, do not start the motor oil pump, the Hall switch sequentially closer to the magnet, while use the hand to feel the reversing valve's solenoid valve stem whether moving. Can be repeated several times in order to determine its stability.

Valve stem does not move: reversing valve is abnormal

Solution: 1, clean the spool and valve chamber; 2, replace the new valve.

Valve stem moving: reversing valve is normal, the next step check

(D) Check the pressure relief valve

Turn on the power, do not start the motor oil pump, press the high pressure start button, use the hand to feel the relief valve's solenoid valve stem whether moving. Can be repeated several times in order to determine its stability.

Valve stem does not move: relief valve is abnormal

Solution: 1, clean the spool and valve chamber; 2, replace the new valve.

Valve stem moving: relief valve is normal, the next step check

(E) Check the cylinder seals

Open oil pump motor (Note: Do not open high pressure), take the two commutation Hall switches in your hand, respectively close to the magnet, while paying attention to listen to the movement of the oil cylinder, and pay attention to observe whether the two baffle plates peephole whethet oil leak phenomenon.

Both directions no action or one direction no action: the piston seal failure

Solution: open the cylinder, remove the piston, replace the new seals. At the same time, the replacement of oil seal in one end of the baffle plate with oil leakage. (Note: when the oil piston is removed, the high pressure plunger rod shall be specially protected, to prevent the surface scratch or broken.)

Both directions action: piston seal normal, check for other reasons.
